2004 Barrel Aged Chardonnay  $12.00

A step back to the rich oak creaminess and full throttle fruit of our 2001 Chardonnay.

Clean citrus, pear, and apple on the nose & palate with a taste of oak all the way through to the clean finish.

750ml bottle

2001 Barrel Aged Merlot  $18

Best of Class Winner

This impeccably cellared bottle of wine won medals in all 8 major wine competitions it was entered in, including "Best of Class" at the prestigious California State Fair. A traditional blend of Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc on the side for a wonderful palate of complex flavors and textures.  It is nearing its peak now, but will cellar for another 5 or so years very well.  3 bottle limit. 750ml bottle

2002 Barrel Aged Merlot   $14.00

Silver Medal Winner

The 2001 was the best I had ever made.  The 2002 is very similar in texture, depth, concentration, and approachability but with more vibrant and intense fruit forward character.  A very deep, rich, and concentrated red. Not just another wimpy merlot. Wonderful aromas of berries, cherries, and oak lead to smooth flavors deep with cherry, currant, chocolate, and spicy oak. Roughly 80% Shingletown grapes blended to small portions of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc for added complexity. A great wine at a great price !

750ml bottle

2003 Reserve Merlot  $14.00

Silver Medal Winner

The nose jumps out of the bottle and smacks you square in the face ! Deanne and I aren't calling this "Reserve" for nothing !

Blueberry, blackberry & cherries with wonderful chocolate & spice.

2003 was a great year for ripeness and fruit intensity for not only our mountain grown Estate Merlot grapes, but for the hillside Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma County's famous AlexanderValley and the Old Vine Cabernet Franc from the Lodi appelation that are blended to bring a full palate of flavor, aroma, and texture to this wonderful new release.

We have changed our designation on this Merlot to Reserve because we will release another Merlot soon at a more affordable price....we are keeping production even lower on this version, keeping quality very high, and the pricing the same.

We have thankfully been so well received (you keep buying our wine!) that our case volume has increased, and our overhead expense is getting lower, so we can keep delivering on our original promise of great wine at VERY AFFORDABLE prices.

We thank you. 750ml bottle

2004 Old Vine Zinfandel  $12.00

Our new vintage is a fine example of the varietal. Bright and racy cherry & raspberry flavors with a slight oak and pepper spice influence. This wine goes well with all the traditional food pairings, Italian, BBQ, or a Holiday Turkey, but is really yummy all by itself.

2001 Tres Rojas Reserve  $22

This wine won several Gold Medals and two Best of Class Awards and definitely put our winery on the map. This sold out in stores 6 months before we anticipated it would, as the Gold medals had people running everywhere to buy it. Needless to say, we were amazed (and unprepared) for this sort of entry into the retail world. We witheld a fair amount of cases, and have been enjoying it with friends ever since. There are very limited amounts available, so we have put a 3 bottle limit on sales.750ml bottle

2002 Tres Rojas Reserve  $18

Silver Medals

Our flagship wine, specially selected Merlot grapes, blended in nearly equal portions to select Cabernet Sauvignon from eastern foothills above the Russian River in the Alexander Valley appellation of Sonoma County, and "old vine" Cabernet Franc from a low yielding old vineyard in the Lodi appellation. Deep intense color and intense lingering flavors of currant, cherry, and plum dance on the palate with silky fine tannins. This wine is big !   (DISCLAIMER....THIS WINE WILL SERIOUSLY STAIN TEETH PURPLE!  BUYER BEWARE)

2003 Tres Rojas Reserve  $18

Silver Medal Winner

Our flagship wine, specially selected Merlot grapes, blended in nearly equal portions to select Cabernet Sauvignon from the eastern foothills above the Russian River in the Alexander Valley appellation of Sonoma County, and "old vine" Cabernet Franc from a low yielding old vineyard in the Lodi appellation.  Like the 2003 Merlot, the 2003 Tres Rojas is a very fruit forward wine, with dense concentration of aroma, flavors, and color.  This wine matches up with our first release, 2001, that won several gold medals and a couple Best of Class Awards. Chocolate, currant, cherry, tobacco & easy tannins, a real tasty package!  750ml bottle

Kay's Syrah Shiraz  $12

Wonderful bright fruit in this fine Rhone style red. Cherries and currant dominate, with pepper and exotic spices in the background. Nice clean & refreshing nose of berries & french oak. This is 78% Syrah, 15% Cabernet franc, and 7% Viognier.
